We are looking for an enthusiastic & process driven Junior operations & customer success manager

What will you do?

  • Make sure TryLikes customers are up and running after they order our solutions
  • Deliver hands-on support to customers regarding their questions and feedback
  • Build a strong relationship with all TryLikes customers (Ahold, McDonald’s, JUMBO, Deutsche Bahn, Intergamma/Karwei, ISS, Facilicom, Sodexo and many others);
  • Nurture and improve working relationships with our customers;
  • Create upsell opportunities with customers to then hand over to sales;
  • Onboard customers via online chat and phone calls to hear their needs and deliver support;
  • Work close with other teams and colleagues and share the feedback of our customers to optimize product and (online) sales & marketing;
  • Deliver outstanding support where needed;

What do we do?

We measure real-time offline perception data and turn that feedback into insights. Furthermore, we develop solutions to optimize the offline shop environment, e.g. with cash register queue management. We build our own hardware (feedback buttons and sensors), create our own software platform and our goal is to make the offline world as smart and measurable as the online world. We work for large companies with many locations throughout the world as well as selling to mom&pop stores. Most of our client base is still in The Netherlands but we are expanding in the rest of Europe and to the US in 2019.

You’ll get to play a crucial role in our global expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience;
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience;
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed operations expertise;
  • Self-motivated team player who has a strong drive to exceed goals;
  • Industry Experience | or valid experience in a start-up/scale up company;
